By creating a BizPro account or using BizPro, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use BizPro.
2. Accounts & Businesses
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You're responsible for the business data you create, import, or manage in BizPro.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BizPro to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Where paid plans are available, pricing and billing terms will be presented at signup or upgrade. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
BizPro and its underlying software belong to us. You retain ownership of the business data you enter into BizPro; you grant us the right to host, process, and display it back to you as part of providing the service.
6. Termination
You may stop using BizPro at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk to the service or other users.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation Of Liability
BizPro is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BizPro.
8. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
